What's Included in a Fontanel Wedding Package
Our packages are all-inclusive by design. Couples who book with us aren’t assembling a wedding from a dozen separate vendors — most of what you’d otherwise coordinate yourself is already handled:
- Exclusive use of the estate for your event, so no other wedding shares your day
- Ceremony and reception spaces, indoors in the mansion or outdoors on the grounds
- Tables, chairs, linens, and decor rental from our on-site inventory
Ceremony Settings on a 118-Acre Estate
The Fontanel Mansion is a historic 30,000-square-foot home set on 118 private acres of Tennessee woodland, once owned by country music legend Barbara Mandrell. Guests arrive down a mile-long, moss-lined driveway — by the time they reach the house, they already know the day is going to be something unusual.
Couples exchange vows in the mansion’s ornate interior halls beneath soaring ceilings, or outdoors beside the property’s ponds and waterfall, framed by untouched forest. The atrium and front lawn both work as ceremony sites depending on your guest count and season.
Guest Counts and Availability
Fontanel accommodates weddings from intimate gatherings of 50 up to celebrations of 300 or more. We’re currently booking 2026, 2027, and 2028 dates. Peak Saturdays in spring and fall book earliest — typically 8 out — while weekday and off-season dates offer meaningfully more flexibility on both availability and cost.
Getting Here
The estate sits at 4225 Whites Creek Pike, about 10 miles north of downtown Nashville and 15 to 20 minutes from Nashville International Airport. Guests get genuine seclusion without a long drive, which matters when half your list is flying in.
