All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for any reason.
Rainchecks and Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide a Raincheck Credit for a future date under the following conditions:
- Advance Notice Required: Raincheck requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date. No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a raincheck.
- Validity: Issued rainchecks are valid for 60 days from the date of the original event.
- Usage: Credits may be applied toward any available future date within that 30-day window. Rates are subject to change; if rates change, any increase between the original purchase price and the increased price will need to be paid prior to booking a future date. Cash refunds of the difference are not given for any reason. Raincheck rescheduling is subject to availability.
Late Cancellations
Requests made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for a raincheck, this is due to the perishable nature of these time slots, and they can not be re-sold on short notice.
How to Request a Raincheck
To request a raincheck, please contact our sales team at least 14 days before your event at sales1@fontanelestate.com. Please include your booking name and the original event date in your message.
